PİMMAKSAN'S EFFECTIVE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Pimmaksan which is producer of loader, excavator, forklifts and steel pin, bushing, bronzebushing, thermocouple, bull's eye balls for loaders continues to work for its clients with experience and information gained in years. Pimmaksan's General Manager Murat DEMİREL had given information about their activities :" As a result of our statistical measurements, we keep the most favorable products in our stocks in order to provide our customer's needs by fast and proper solutions."

Pimmaksan is established in 1991 at Ankara,OSTİM by producing  gib and bush for engineering vehicles and today Pimmaksan continues its operation in OSTİM with its 35 workers and 10 personnel. Pimmaksan General Manager Murat DEMİREL had given information about his firm’s activities and added that engineering vehicles sector has 65 years history in Turkey and “ We can group  in four the engineering vehicles, which constitues the Turkish Construction sector’s %30. These are ; loader,excavator, forklift and loaders. They are many firms that producing these. As a result of this sector’s greatest need becomes as providing the numbers of OEC and replacement parts and scale informations.”

Demirel also underlined that they have been sending their products with cargo around Turkey and they have cooperation with other firms around Turkey. Demirel noted that they have taken TSE and ISO:9001:2000 certifications, “ We are following technological basis for taking further every process of our production. By the help of our  human resources department , we are continue our quality in our services.” According to our questions about global crisis, Demirel “ If the emerging developments is positive, than they effect us positive. According to increasing volume of business we can add clients to our portfolio. And we are happy and excited for that in order to impovements and developments for our firm.” During the crisis periods, we keep our morale in higher levels as possible and continue to production without making compromises from our sense of quality and

 service. We think that these periods are temporary and we are behaving as thinking about the end of it. Of course we are careful about our investments and expenses during these periods. According to pleasure of our client’s in Turkey, we want to work with other countries according to increasing volume of business. Our goal as Pimmaksan is selling our products to world’s top firms in engineering vehicles sector. We are now importing directly or indirectly for 10 countries. Also by attending the exhibition in Europe,North Africa and Middle Eastern Countries to ensure our goreign business volume to be increased. “
Demirel defined Pimmaksan’s production of steel pin, bronze bushing,thermocouples for four main categories is made by using steel and bronze together for producing bush and bull’s eye balls and during these 20 years as a result of their consideration about technology and information, they gained information about more than 50 thousand pieces of bush and bull’s eye balls. “We are producing our products with the help of our experiences and informations that we have learned every day with our respect for quality in our goods.” Demirel also added that, with the help of their statistical studies they can keep the most needed products in sector and they can work faster as in the times that racing against time.
